The Centre for Automotive Research and Tribology (CART) was established in May 2019 with the vision of fostering interdisciplinary research in electric vehicles (EVs), energy storage, and related fields. The centre envisages strong networking and collaboration among academic institutions, industries, and research laboratories in India and abroad to conduct cutting-edge research.
